Low pressure is dominating the weather this weekend but if you can get in the garden here are a few jobs for you to be getting on with:-
Tie in climbing plants using garden twine.
Remove tired spring bedding.
Spring bulbs that have out grown their space or are in the wrong place can now be dug up and moved.
Summer bulbs and corms that can be planted now include Gladioli, Nerine bowdenii and african lilies.
Stake border perennials.
Cut the grass.
Weed your borders.
Seeds to direct sow outside now include – Cornflower, Candytuft, Cosmos and Field Poppy.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend I shall be spending mine planting seeds and moving daffodils!
