Force rhubarb – cover the crown with a box or bucket.

Check stored and remove any that are showing signs of rot.

Winter prune fruit trees.

Prune grape vines.

Seeds to sow outside – Broad beans and garlic.

Plant – Rhubarb

Harvest – Winter cabbage, cauliflowers, leeks, kale, celeriac, parsnips and swede.
